The End of February

Wow, it's been awhile, so there is a lot to post. I'll break this up into several so as not to overwhelm you all at once. We've been keeping busy, as usual!

First up is my little goofball, pulling up her pants to get a laugh out of Mommy.

Jill Goes to the Dentist

I had a dentist appointment on the 15th, and Jill had been asking to come along and watch. I brought her and Steve with me, thinking they'd come back for a minute and head on to Starbucks until I was finished. That's not how it happened, exactly. I'll allow the pictures to tell the story...

I started off in the chair, but nothing got done with my teeth because...

Jill wanted to sit in the chair.

Then she wanted some glasses

and a bib.

She needed to check herself out in the mirror

and look at her teeth too!

She had her teeth checked and counted

and she then polished them herself!

She held her own vacuum,

and was examined by the dentist himself!

I've said before that Jill LOVES Sid the Science Kid, and her favorite episode is the one about the kids and their teacher getting the flu shot. So, without further ado, here is Jill singing her song, administering vaccinations, and doing it all without a shirt...priceless.

February Fun

Well, Jill finished her valentines about 3 weeks ago, so to say she's excited about Valentine's Day would be an understatement. So, to keep her mind off the number of days until the holiday arrives, we've been keeping busy.

First, we went to a concert at the library called "Dancing Pajamas." Jill danced, and she wore pajamas. She was the only one who wore them, but she's a rule follower all the way! She was also the only one dancing for most of the show. Again, FOLLOW THE RULES, PEOPLE!

After the concert we had lunch at Rainforest Cafe!

Then we went back to the zoo to visit these guys...the Siamangs. They are hands down Jill's favorite animal at the zoo. She LOVES them and when they're not singing she cheers them on saying, " I know you can do it."
